This month we present Managing an Aging Population: The New Millennium Issue. For those managers whose tenant population is becoming more interested in safety bars in their bathrooms than high speed access to the internet . . . this seminar is for you! The panel is comprised of representatives from agencies specializing in serving the aging.

In May, we celebrate the first graduating class of the new millennium. Those candidates who have completed the course requirements to become a new york accredited realty manager (nyarm) will receive their certificates.

We are especially proud that after years of fund-raising and generous member donations the playground we envisioned for the mentally and physically challenged children at the Blue Feather school in Brooklyn is a reality. Watch this newspaper for a report and photos of the grand opening and dedication.

NYARM is now able to offer its members an outstanding major medical health plan, including dental benefits at a reasonable price. Please reference the article in this issue which explains the plan and describes the benefits and costs.
