The New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) invites you to log on to our new website at www.nyarm.com and www.nyarm.org. Under construction during the holiday season, our new web host, Pagelinx, tweaked and adjusted the new graphics and information until it was just right.
The attractive home page is easily navigable. Above the bird's eye view of the city is the new NYARM mission statement:
NYARM is dedicated to raising the standard of excellence for the real estate professional through education, information, legislative initiatives and a peer network that makes NYARM the benchmark for technological advancement and career enhancement.
The home page clearly lists the contents of the site and the options available to the visitor. You can join NYARM by clicking on "Apply Online" or email at "Contact NYARM." There is information on our certification program, membership benefits and the year's calendar of events at "Important Dates." At "Associate Member Listing" those NYARM associate members who have taken advantage of our offer have a direct link to their web sites and email. Important government and industry links are easily accessible and constantly being updated and appended.
Probably, the most important feature at nyarm.com is our "Current Newspaper and Archives." With the click of a button you can view the current month's newspaper articles and print out a clean copy of an article for distribution if needed. Also, for your reference, we archived every issue of the NYARM newspaper back to January, 1999 (please note this feature is still under construction).
And, when you initially log on to nyarm.com a box will automatically open letting you know when the next NYARM event is and all pertinent information related to that function.
So far, we have enjoyed many compliments on the site, its ease of navigation and the abundance of information contained in it. Never to rest on our laurels we invite you to let us know if you find something lacking or a feature you would like to see added. Just email NYARM at website@nyarm.com and we'll take all your comments under advisement. Happy surfing!
