Robert Calica heads Reisman Peirez Resiman & Calica’s Litigation Department where he directs the activities of virtually all aspects of corporate, real estate, shopping center, land use and constitutional matters in Federal and State courts.
Calica defended the town of Bayshore in its bid to expel a pornography shop from its borders. The battle is recognized as the blueprint for the anti-pornography campaign launched last year by Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
