Summer's here and the hotter it gets, the more water you need to drink to stay cool. According to the American Dietetic Association(www.eatright.org), staying well hydrated allows you to perspire naturally, keep your body cool and stay more active.
55-75% of an average adult's body is made up of water, that's 10-12 gallons! It can be dangerous to lose more than 10% of your body weight from dehydration or weight loss. Thirst and fatigue are the first signs of dehydration so be aware and stay cool this summer. Drink water!
