On Wednesday, June 20 the New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) will present the seminar "Dealing With the Energy Crisis." The 10:30 AM forum is the only educational meeting presented by an industry organization during the two day Buildings NY tradeshow at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, 655 West 34th Street, Manhattan.
The panelists include energy professionals who will provide guidance through the current climate. Economic strategies, fuel options, energy saving technology and alternative energy resources and production are just a few topics that will be discussed. This seminar is a must for anyone who holds the responsibility for the purchase of fuel and appliances, budgeting and reserves and much more.
Admission is open to all Buildings NY attendees. Seating is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Those who attend the seminar earn five (5) nyarm certification credits. nyarm certification is approved and accepted by the two housing agencies in New York State, the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
