NYARM CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Five of the seven courses in the NYARM certification program are scheduled to run for the fall term, 2001 at NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies. The first course, Landlord/Tenant Law commences on Thursday, September 20. Business Ethics for Property Managers follows on Monday, September 24; Fundamentals of Financial Management and Management and Operations of Building Systems on Tuesday, September 25 and Complying With NYC Local Laws on Wednesday, September 26. AREW
The Association of Real Estate Women (AREW) are having a fall networking cocktail reception on Monday, September 24, 2001 at Studio 54, 254 West 54 Street (between Broadway and Eighth Avenue from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.

PWC GOLF OUTING
Professional Women in Construction (PWC) will hold a golf and tennis outing on Monday, September 24, 2001 from 10 AM to 9 PM at the Willow Ridge Country Club in Harrison, New York. Costs for brunch through dinner are: golf package $300; tennis package $185; cocktails/dinner $165; tee or green sponsor $175. NYARM MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) holds it monthly membership meeting with guest speaker Eric Regh, AIA, managing principal of IA (Interior Architects) on Wednesday, September 26, 2001. The meeting will be held at Tavern on the Green, Central Park at West 67th Street, from 12 noon to 2 PM. Regh will discuss renovations in residential lobbies and other amenity areas and environmentally positive design options. Cost: NYARM members$60, non-members $100. REAL ESTATE COURSE
The Academy for Continuing Education will offer a 22.5 hour continuing education course on three consecutive Wednesdays starting October 17th. The classes will be held at Hotel Delmonico, 502 Park Avenue (at 59th Street). Tuition is $199 per person. NYARM DINNER DANCE
